Hey guys!
I realized that my anatomy needed a tad bit of work so I did a lot of studying. These guys here are mostly minor and/or background characters, so I can't put bios without spoiling the first few episodes.
Oh, and I kinda blame most of the messier linework on my tablet- long story short, I got a smaller, portable one but my computer can't handle both that one and my bigger one at the same time. So now I'm stuck with the smaller tablet while I'm trying to find a way to fix my bigger one, which is the one that I can draw directly onto rather than having my eyes and hands separate if that makes sense. I probably won't be asking for critiques on this piece, anyway, but that's kind of my situation as of now. I'm still getting used to using my smaller tablet and I think I'm getting the hang of it slowly.
I'm not entirely in favor of this lineart/coloring style (most of it was inspired by concept art for movies) and I'm certainly not going to be using this kind of linework in the comic itself, but I still really like how these turned out. This was a fun experiment and it really tested my skill and patience.

Thank you!! I've been trying to draw characters of varying race, ethnicity, etc. because it's something I realized I haven't tried much? And thank you! I'm glad that you like these designs and I'll continue to make more once I have the time.

Omg yes I love her! XD She doesn't have a name yet, but I figured that she's happy go-lucky and doesn't really know what she's doing but she's doing fine XDD She probably walks her cat super happily and doesn't care about what others think, heh.
And thank you so much!! Now that this is done, I'll work on the comic a bit.
I just really hope you can see these guys' personalities through their designs. ;3

and aa good luck! also yeah, it really does! you're really good with showing personalities throughout designs and such-- and you know how to pose very well! I like the cat lady but who's the aviator man? I personally love characters with aviator glasses and air force and airplanes in their bio and stuff so just seeing his outfit is making me excited--
but like, this is really, really good!

Haha which one? Both aviator characters are somewhat minor in the GQ series itself (since it focuses on the army rather than the air force and navy) so I might give them their own separate story much later, but you'll see them sprinkled in the comic here and there.
