It's been a while since I've posted a pony and I have to admit I've been fretting about it but here's the lovely custom I bought from StargazerSammie .

I also love that she's very different from the other gem ponies so far. I hope to get another one eventually maybe of a white opal. But for now I need to work on Stargazer Lily's sister Pitaya Sunrise. XD

Some of the details in her bio are vague since I don't know the name of the gem pony city but I filled in what I could.

Personal History: Sunset Opal was born to Crystal Key and her father, Obsidian Sword in a Gempony city along the shore a long time ago. She lived amongst her fellow Gem Ponies for years until she discovered her talent for astromancy and soon became a favorite person for the ponies to come to for help. Eventually Opal met an ambassador from Canterlot who came to the city seeking a meeting with the queen on the behalf of the Equestrian Empire. Opal soon desired to travel with her new friend leaving her home behind. When they eventually parted ways Opal settled into a quiet area where a sheltered cavern and cove met a road. She has made a name for herself by giving readings to the travelers who come to see her on their way through the land. She occasionally makes trips home to see her family but prefers the outside world.
