Okay, I can't colour on the computer with only a mouse and GIMP. T_T It's frustrating.Someone would be my new BFF if they managed to colour this better than I have.
Someone would be my BFF for life if they got me Photoshop and/or a tablet. >_>;
Anyways, here is Raine and Christian in living colour. Well, not "living" for him because he has been dead for over 400 years, but you get the idea.
I think they are the most adorable couple ever. The bleeding heart says so.
This is my ode to valentine's day I think. It's about the right time of year for that I suppose...right?

I was just wondering... Christian's style seems to have changed. In fact they both have... I mean... Before they were a lot more gothic looking, the pair of them, sporting fishnets, corsets, leather, combat boots, etc; But now they seem a lot more... Tame? I'm not really sure that's the word, but anyway, I'm sure you know what I mean.
I like the change, but was just wondering as it kinda had me a little confused for a while. Lol.

yes, their style has changed, it's not just you. XD
they were goth originally, because i was goth when i wrote the story. the fishnest, corsets, and fake-leather amd collars were all a part of my style then, but it was also REALLY cliche when you are looking at Vampires. Gothic Vampires, what a concept! XD
My book now takes place in 1996 now, and "goth" wasn't really a style at that point. Emo was JUST emerging, and isn't even really named until 1999. In 1996 it was punk and grunge somewhat, but what was most dominent was "alternative" which was an indapendance from style. there was nothing to follow at the point, it was known as "indavidualistic" where just about anything went.
So Raine and Christian have changed A LOT, but i hope you like it.

before I red the comments I thought "she changed her coloring style" What happen to your tablet? The coloring isn't bad, it just is different from what I am use to seeing your produce.

Yeah, no tablet for me. everything i have ever produced has been by hand then scanned the coloured by mouse. kind'a why everything i produce sucks. -_-
I WAS trying something different, however. i was using darker colours, deeper tones, and messing with the colour of the lines and such. not sure if i like it, though i hated the thick-stark-black lines (especially around the face) more.
