It's been a while since I submitted any colored-in work, and even longer since I've drawn anything Les Mis related.
The characters are just so difficult to draw, since there are so may versions of them. But I think I got what I imagine them to look like down on paper, finally... Jean Valjean was impossible to draw, by the way. But I got him down there somehow.In the top row, there is Marius, Eponine, and Fantine; the middle row is Javert, Gavroche, and and Valjean; the last row is Cosette and Enjolras.
I messed up on inking one of Enjolras's eyes, so he got all squinty...so I gave him a black eye to explain the squintiness. 8D;; You can come up with the story of how he got said black eye.
I wanted to draw more of the characters, but it got dark out...next time, then~

I'm a little angry about the revival cast! Β Les Mis is coming back to broadway, and they have this really tall muscular manly man playing Enjolras and it just doesn't feel right....Hahaha! Β He's supposed to look girly but nobody understands!!! Les Mis problems.

Your Eponine is adorable; freckles is a detail I never really thought about, but it fits her well.

Aww, thank you so much! I've always imagined her with freckles. I forget if the book says she has freckles or not, but I've always thought they went pretty well with her.

Wow. This is exactly how I pictured them all while reading the book (with an exception of Cosette... she always seems like a blonde to me but maybe that's just Amanda Seifred stereotyping for me, lol). You're so talented - the detail!!! Keep drawing!

P.S. I think Grantaire might have finally snapped at Enjolras' constant shunning/despising/reviling and punched him in the face. Wouldn't happen in the book, or the movie, or the musical but... ah, makes me laugh

EVERYWHERE. But I looked at drawings from the original books, and used the musicals to help a bit with the clothing, and...the rest was me imagining what they looked like. And...yeah!
