Gym class day. Gym class day. One of the best yet horrible days. Today was a little different though. Boys and girls had it at the same time and on the same field. Girls did track and boys were doing basket ball. We were going around the track and I got a few glances at the guys. I got a wink from Gold.

We had been friends for along time, since first grade. He had always been popular and me not so much. Gold’s personality made him more outgoing and everyone loved him. He was the most popular guy in the school, well in our grade. The most popular was one grade above us and was either Red or Green.

But Gold always made time for me. I was happy he never lost tough with me. We were neighbors so we saw each other a lot. I’d help him with his homework and he’d help me with all the random things. Gold would randomly come over like he owned the place.

This one time my parents left to go on a date and I was home alone. I was up in my room for more than two hours before I came down. I found Gold chilling out on the couch eating some chips and having a pop. I asked how long he was there and he said he’d been there for like an hour and half.

Gold had always made himself at home where ever he was. He always said I was welcome at his but I never went. The reason why is because girls would, I wouldn’t say bully but it was borderline bullying and the guys would think I was a slut going over there to try and be his girlfriend. So I got tired of that so I stopped going though that was well over five years ago.

I had then tripped on my foot and did a face plant into the ground. I had tripped on my own foot. “Oh my, (Name)?!” my teacher said. She came over and helped me up.

I got up and then she said, “You should get to the nurse.” I saw Gold stop dead in his tracks. One of his friends called out to him and he looked at his friend and then at me. He soon left with him and went back to playing basketball.

I went to the nurse and they said that I had a small cut on my head. It didn’t need a Band-Aid but it needed some ointment. She had me sit out the rest of gym class and then sent me back to my classes.

One bad thing about that was that Gold was in my homeroom. We were both in class 2-A. When I went in he looked at me but his friends kept him back. I went to my desk in the back and close to the window.

All day I swear I caught glances room Gold. Why did he care so much? Yeah we were friends but no one knew we were. We were friends outside of school. But school went on and dragged on. It was well school. I didn’t hate it or like it, it was like I was there.

The day ended and the next week went fast. Before I knew it, it was gym day again. Girls and Boys on the same field again but now we knew why. The other field was being upgraded and soon this one would be to but we just had to share it. Guys were doing track and so we girls again. Girls went first and then the guys. We were far enough away so that guys couldn’t look at our butts which made them mad.

After track we went to the sides and then got a drink of water. I grabbed my water bottle and took a gulp when I felt something on my wrist. I was then being dragged away. I looked up and it was Gold. He took me behind the school. I just let him because I was kind of interested in him right now.

We were there and he said, “You didn’t fall again did you? You’re not hurt are you?” He was frantic. He grabbed my cheek and said, “You still have that scar on your head. It’s feint but it’s there.”

I pushed back lightly on his chest and blushed. “I-I-I’m fine, Gold,” I said. “I didn’t fall this time.”

He got closer. “Are you sure? What if you have a fever? You’re face is red.” He put his hand on my cheek. “You seem fine.”

“G-Gold,” I said. I wasn’t used to him being this close. It was kind of making me flustered right now.

He lowered himself right in front of me. “I never noticed that before. You have beautiful (eye color) eyes,” he said.

“Gold, stop joking around,” I said backing off.

He pushed me up against the wall and then put his arms on each side of me. “I’m not kidding around, (Name),” he said. I blushed. “You really scared me last week. I got worried again when I found out we were going to be doing track again.”

“G-Gold, w-what are you getting at?” I asked.

He leaned down and kissed me lightly. His lips were so soft and warm. Kind of sweaty and salty because of his sweat. He kissed me twice and then backed off. He then said, “There’s a reason I hop from girl to girl because I was never worthy enough to date who I really liked.”

“W-Who is she?” I asked.

He smiled. “You’re so cute when you’re nervous,” he said. “I like you, (Name). I have for a long time now. Since I finally knew girls were interesting and cooties didn’t exist,” He said.

“Gold, I . . . I like you too,” I said. I did I honestly did. I like that kiss. I wanted him to again.

He smiled. “Good.” He then kissed me again and the got closer. He moved his hand threw my hair. He pulled my hair and I opened my mouth to moan. He darted his tongue in and swirled his tongue around. It made me moan again. I begain to feel so hot.

We backed off and then I was a panting mess. He smiled. “Out of all my first kisses, that was by far the best,” he said putting his head on mine. “Now that the girls of my dreams accepts my feelings. I gotta ask. What are you doing tonight?” he asked.

“Homework?” I asked. “And tutoring a certain someone.”

He looked sad and disappointed. “What?” he asked in a defeated voice.

“You know that someone is you right?” I asked.

He laughed. “Right. I forgot about that. Good,” he said. “I’ll see you tonight then.” He then left back to class.

I slipped down the wall and held my chest. My heartbeat was racing so hard. Did he just ask me out on a somewhat date? Gold and me? I had to be dreaming right? I pinched myself. I wasn’t dreaming. Gold and me could be a thing? I really liked that. I never noticed how much I like him before.

I asked Gold why he chose me and he said, “Because you’re my first love.” I blushed like crazy and he kissed me again.
