Description
After spending so much time with the freeware program Anim8or there was a point were I'd given up on it because it just wasn't mature enough to do the things I wanted (and I wasn't ever likely to get a job using it). But after helping a friend create some characters with it for a couple of his projects I re-purposed some of the elements I made with it for the start of one of my own, I thought why not try to recreate a couple of my comic characters with those resources. I needed to solve a few issues I had with the program but I finally got to a point where they actually look enough like I think they should.

They're very low-poly models, and the limitations of the program forced me to use a bunch of shortcuts and cheats to get them to look decent. I also opted for a cell shaded look because it hid some of the flaws in the models. There's a quick 3 second clip of this shot on youtube if you find my channel (which took forever to post because youtube uploader has been broken for years).
