Description
Behold, my pride and joy - For now...Flash 8, 3 layers and 30 hours over more than a week.
I've submitted it as a vector format so that you can zoom in, etc. (Flash player 8 required)

It takes a lot of time and practice. Not to mention learning a few methods along the way. It's the type of thing you become good at if you have nothing better to do.

Righto. I find it pretty easy in flash. I just keep everything on a few layers, draw around the outside of shapes, fill them in with gradients, then delete the lines. If I need to, I put semitransparent gradients over the top to get some more complex shading.
