Abilities:
The Art of Mime (a PSI ability that enables him to create force objects-sustained by his mind. These force objects take on the impression of whatever he is improvising. For instance: a blank wall as a shield, a lasso for gathering multiple foes, or a hidden staircase to trip opponents up)

However, due to his usual fast of human blood, this ability has become weak and dormant. If he ingests blood, he will regain the strength needed to sustain this ability, but only if he keeps a regular intake of it

History: A simple farmer in his youth, Vector lived with his sister alone after a dreadful case of disease struck their town, leaving few survivors. Those who were inflicted died a quick, yet painful death, including their parents and their younger brother, who was merely three years old. Being on their own, Vector and his sister, Cecilia had to fend off poverty and famine as best as they could: but managing what was left of their parents’ farm. It was a simple, uneventful life, but they made the best of what they could, enjoying each other’s life and company.

This went on for some years, until the eve of Cecilia’s 10th birthday. Vector, then 24, encountered a dark robed man who offered Vector a better life. Strength, riches, even immortality tantalized the farmer’s mind, and the thoughts of being able to give his sister a better life enticed Vector to believe the man. He sold his soul, literally, to the Devil. Bad thing, for the Devil has a way with words. Although he promised him exactly what he said, only in the form of turning Vector into a vampire under his control. During this gradual transformation, Vector lost his rationalization, lashing out at the very person he wanted to protect. In killing his sister, Cecilia, he cemented his contract with the Devil, and sealed his fate for 182 long years.

As the Devil’s most trusted adviser, Vector killed countless innocents, all of whom he most sincerely regrets. It took an immense amount of willpower, and a bit of outside help from people he now calls friends for him to break the grip the Devil had on his mind. And now that he’s unofficially released himself from the Devil’s control, Vector has made it his mission to live his new undead life in the right light. Since breaking free, his soul will always ache with the pains and injustices he's caused in his past, but he hopes that he will be able to find solace with the return of his sister, Cecilia. Upon waking in the town of Wisp and gaining a grasp of what is to come, Vector decides to help Madalyn, as they both only wish to quell their aching hearts. Such a golden opportunity cannot be passed up.

Personality: Calm and caring, Vector is one to rarely initiate conflict, choosing instead the less violent pathway. He does not like violence, but if the opposition in question seems hard to sway with words, he will fight back, utilizing his long legs and vampiric strength with skill. He loves to help others out in need, partly in reason that he also wishes to atone for his previous sins.

He believes in doing what's right and just, however he understands that there are certain exceptions to this rule (thanks to encounters with one other character of mine..) He also remains calm seemingly all the time. Really, the only thing that can rattle him is if you either: A. Try to hurt someone he cares for (especially someone named Zoraster Salamandra) or B. Your name is Sate Kobayashi and or/ you support him (i.e. that's the name of the Devil that caused all this shit in the first place D= )

Mainly, he's a nice guy. Even though he doesn't look it physically, but that's not his fault, ehe heh heh.

Strengths:
Incredible superhuman strength, to the point where he could easily toss a SUV 50 yards
The red tip of his tail is EXTREMELY sharp. It can cut through brick easily, however it does have trouble cutting through metals
Light on his feet and very nimble and fast
The way he speaks has a calming effect on people; his elocution and his emotion that he pours forth can actually reduce one's heated emotions and help ease their anger, excitement, etc.

Weaknesses:
Due to his whole "I don't like drinking blood" mentality, Vector's health isn't at the peak of what it could be. Not only that, but his PSI powers have even become dormant; he can only invoke then if he drinks fresh human blood (up to a pint)
Can tire easily; only able to keep up strenuous activity for up to 20 or so minutes without sustenance (due to his inadequate diet)
He doesn't like fighting, so one would probably be able to get in a few hits before he decides that you're one that he has to beat up
He has a soft spot for children, because he believes that they are the purest of beings

Talents: An excellent mime (hurr), skilled in playing multiple instruments such as the violin, mandolin, ocarina, flute, cello and even the electric bass guitar

Fun Facts:
Even if knocked off in battle, Vector seems to always either retrieve or replace the fez hat he keeps atop his head (multiples kept upon his person in a hammer space?)
Vector is very flexible for a male, even able to do a full split (both front and Chinese splits) with ease
After strenuous activity, Vector, as would anyone, would need a recharge of some sort. Seeing as how he gains his sustenance through blood, this can be both a good thing and a hindrance. Good, because he wouldn't require the normal rest and food/water as the normal person, however, he requires blood to keep himself going, and sane. As he continues to go along, his health would decrease and he would become weaker and weaker as time passes. A complete dearth of said liquid for say, a day, would result in him losing control and succumbing to bestial instinct, attacking anything that moves until he reaches the copper taste of blood.

Thankfully, any blood would stave off the cravings (due to years of practice), and due to Vector's peaceful nature, he would readily harm himself and lap up his own blood then attack anyone else. Not a very good tactic, especially in a fighting tournament, but hey. =/

Extras:
Although he is of French origin, he has nearly lost his native accent, due to living in so many different regions and places. However, hints of it can still be picked up in his soft, raspy voice
Even though he was killed in the prime pf his youth at 24, Vector looks at around the age of 35 due to his lack of a proper vampire diet. He’d be a lot more youthful in the face, as well as regain some of his
muscle mass he had as a human
He's taken several changes in appearance since becoming a vampire. His hair color has literately reversed (as he has red hair and the black bang now, he has black hair and a dyed red bang as a human), his blood is very dark red, nearly appearing black, the lips became thinner and darkened, and his skin is stark white. So in conclusion, he's not wearing any makeup 8D But he does have black stud earrings
