Used a fish tank, a studio flash from my college and my 350d with as fast a shutter speed as would flash sync. Then I repeatedly tried to drop the lemon in the water and press the shutter release at the right time. The flash rebounding off of a piece of white paper at the back of the tank gave the white background and thats about it.
