This is another Warrior cats humanization I'd been wanting to do

The most memorable part (for me) in the Bluestar's prophecy Arc was her moments spent with Oakheart and their tragic deaths afterwards. So I figure there must of been quite a emotional reunion once they met again way up high in 'Star clan'. And TBH the song 'Somewhere only We know' is what triggered me to illustrate it because I felt that was SO them in the end.PS: If you watch the speedpaint you'll see that I used SAi in the start and then transitioned to Photoshop...weeeelllllll....I'm not 100% comfortable enough with SAi to do clothes and hair.

This is so beautifully drawn! The designs and expressions are spot on and it really gives off a warm, happy feeling. I watched the speedpaint as well and the song choice is wonderful. One thing, though this is small, that really caught my eye is how well done the tears are. I've seen some artists that draw tears huge and unrealistically, but yours are done really well. The only thing that I would change is that I don't really get why Oakheart is a normal human and Bluestar has cat ears XD other than that, though, great job!!

A warm feeling of peace and a moment of happiness is exactly what I wanted to show. As for the tears I agree xD I wanted to give a more realistic look, didn't want to overdo it either because they're not suppose to be balling, more like tears of relief ya know?
As for the ears, as I said to someone else who asked the same, I gave into the cat-girl trope because Too much f-ing anime that's why.

BUT IT'S ONLY FAIR TO TELL YOU THAT THIS IS AMAZING!! You got the anatomy done really well in this picture! Naturally, you always manage to make all your stuff amazingly fluffy (with this being no exception...) T_T But somehow... this picture just... amgh. It emits love from all four corners. Nicely done!
