Just sort of exacerbates the idea that, everything bad that happens around me is my own fault, and that I'm a bad person for putting my problems in others faces nstuff
I need to make my mask better

Well, I'd rather some of us get a tiny bit upset than have you suffer in silence. I know that anxiety tells you that it's all your fault and that you have to take care of the entire world before yourself, but you don't have to. It's alright to be a bit selfish about these kinds of things!
