Soooooo....I decided to update Beethoven's ref. I mean, look at this [link]
Same information as above given link. But, in a nutshell:
-Robotic arms, left eye, spine, part of brain, and back piece.
-Has comic awareness
-Can fix/upgrade his arms using pretty much everything
-Crazy stupid
-Very brave. Too brave.

The only thing different about mine is that all his tech is on the inside as he is designed to infiltrate society to conduct missions for the company that built him.
Also he is a Villian.
