thats not celestia :/
the only similarity is the eye color at best. but twilight has the same eye color.
and if you show this picture without the title to any brony, he first would say twilight lol. the violet horn color even supports this thought even more.
at least her hair color scheme should have been like celestia. like this
so yeah....
good animation tho. except that "celestias" magic is yellow and not violett like twilights. well sometimes celestia has some light blue magic for some reason but i guess these are animation errors lol.

why should i search for alternative versions in the first place.

isnt celestia at all. and the base picture isnt celestia either. chirun
herself said that she failed with the recognizability. and i quote:
"Well, yeah, I kind of failed with recognizability)) "
the link you sent was her first pic yes. but this link wasnt there
when she uploaded her second version. so yeah. dont blame me.
its still obvious that this gif and the updated version of "celestia" isnt celestia in the slightest.

The artist clearly took some creative liberties XD. It's a pretty picture either way. As for the horn glow, I put a basic light on it, which naturally created a blueish effect. I tried for a yellow but the base colors were too dark and raising the saturation to force a yellow looked bad in my opinion.
