Unfortunately I don't have a video format of this one and my software crashes if I try to use a dimension larger than 1000 :/

www.online-convert.com/ does an okay job with most formats. I'd love to use this on Wallpaper Engine.

And a serious answer. I did say I use DP Animator. it has "brushes" that apply various effects to an image, the most useful of which is "wave" which gives the illusion of flowing hair or clothing.
