These cupcakes were made as a special request for someone who LOVES white tigers and confetti cake mix.
Wilton tip #12 was used for the bodies; #3 tip for muzzles, ears, eyes, tails, and stripes.

What you do with cupcakes doesn't cease to amaze me - and I can't believe that's buttercream either?!?! I've never thought of piping with buttercream before. These tigers are just beautiful - good work!

yeah I checked those out - it's something I def want to give a go at some point. I have all the nozzles but I need to find some piping bags - I've been using freezer bags but they break all the time

No, I haven't yet... but I do have an alligator, a buffalo, a crab, and an octopus in my scraps at the moment... no monkeys yet!

While the fact that there are tigers perched atop each of these cupcakes is terribly awesome, I actually think my favorite thing about this picture is how the focus is just on the one tiger in the middle, there.

I thank you very much! I wasn't too sure about these guys (I never would have thought to make white tigers on my own, but I wanted to give the birthday girl a special surprise).
I never thought I could really do stuff like this, but I decided to try it... and it turned out okay. "Where there is a will, there is a way!"
And it helps if you have a passion for playing around with frosting... hehe......And you can always eat your mistakes!
