Black Jack.
I did this a while back, and I decided to submit it to balance the influx chibi art. >_>I don't think it's even finished.
It doesn't look too much like BJ, but oh well, it's fanart. To my dismay, I found an official screenshot of him in a similar pose...

To be honest I've only watched around... 3 episodes of Black Jack(21).

Black Jack was a different series from BlackJack21... o-o but they're the same character.

I adore yours, though. It may not be where you want it to be, but it's still very pretty, and it's yours. I'M still trying to colour more like ElvesAteMyRamen (in terms of smoothness, anyway), and I'm DEFINITELY still far from that.
