(Transformers VS Power Rangers)

Connections: Giant robots who transform into tyrannosaurus rexes that fight for the side of good, but initially hold little respect for and often butt heads with the leaders of the respective good teams (Optimus Prime has to prove his worth as a leader to Grimlock in most continuities and Eric, the pilot of Q-Rex, resents the Red Ranger Wes due to their opposite upbringings and doesn’t reconcile with him until the end of Time Force). Both also lead teams (Dinobots and Silver Guardians respectively) that exist more as uneasy allies to the good teams rather than part of them.
