Story: In his past, he used to be the non-talking goblin rat from the Japanese fairy tale "The Boy Who Drew Cats" (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boy_… ). After getting killed by the cat drawings years a long time ago, his corpse was secretly taken by a mad goat scientist named Dr. Kibergoat and sent to a laboratory for his resurrection and transformation into a talking superpowered being on two legs. The experiment, however, went wrong when a giant Koopa overdosed him with the formula granting him his strength as well as his newfound insanity. Since then, he had fought with a plumber with a red cap numerous times, and whenever he lost, he always swore to defeat him in the end.
