a lot of gallifreyan tech has the bigger on the inside approach, i imagine the time lords themselves would have dimensionally transcendental body interiors. including their brains.

(Even though you now start to flood my mind with weird images of Time Lords in corsets ans stockings o.O)
Time Lords are from the TV-Show Doctor Who, and they developed technology of - Well, let's call it "Dimensional Pockets" - which enables them to make things which are bigger on the inside.
(Like the time-machine of the protagonist: The Doctor's TARDIS.)
The basic thought of mine was, that they may have developed that on their outfits too, so they only need to come up with one size, and then it really does not matter how tall or chubby you are, for you'd fit in anyway :3
