This is for all the Morrigan fans out there. Since it's the holiday season, I'll be drawing portraits for my friends, portraits are rather easy and quick to make, allowing me to make something for all my friends by the months end.

Todays pic features Morrigan from the Darkstalkers series. I wanted to depict her doing something seductive, since she is after all a succubus. By far though, her wings were the hardest thing to draw. I don't draw them very often, so I can get the posing wrong.

My last problem was the ink I used. It was rather new to me, so it smeared a bit on the image. I could never find a decent pen for outlining my work.

But Chun-Li has been under work. She won't be posted until a little later. I will say this though, the face she makes in the image gives me a bit of a warm feeling inside. ^^

I know what you mean, I'm trying to take a break from drawing Daisy and focusing on OCs and other things but I love drawing her so much. I really love the way you did Morrigans face to. she looks really sedusive

I have the same problems. I'll start and OC, thenΒ  right in the middle jump on Chun-li. lol

it's hard when you like a character so much, you want to draw othrr but you end up drawing you most favorite all the time. I gave my OC Rosie the same hair as Daisy and Hsien-Ko together which is weird but looks great on her.

I need to draw Morrigan again now to, I haven't drawn her in a while.

My OC Tasha was a fusion of Daisy & Chun-li. At least her older model did. Since then, her appearance changed. If I had to compare her to anyone else, it would be Chun-li, Daisy and Ayeka now. lol

Yes I like it even if i don't have the chance to play the games but I've seen looooooooooong time agao the anime and I was totally Β amazed by Felicia and then Morrigan


And something totally out of subject today on of my friend warned me that someone stole one of my art and published it on facebook. Thanks to her I was able to report and take measures. But I've to admit it I was shocked when she told me this just like " OxO no way!!! It really happened to me!"

I watched only a few episodes of the anime, and I liked it. Hopefully I will get the time to watch it again. My fave from the series is Hsien-ko. I just posted her up right now. ^^

I'm sorry to hear about that. That's something I often worry about. I don't like the idea of others using my hard work for their gain. I'm glad our friend helped you with that. I hope this person learns not to take your stuff, and post it as their own.

I'm mainly doing portrait styled work, in which I only focus on the shoulder and up.

And that's not a tongue, I tried making her appear as though she was kissing at the viewer's direction.

yeah. you need to work on your lips so they don't look like tongues, but otherwise nice picture.

Portraits can be pretty simple to draw. And fast too, so I'll be having quite a number of these done this month. ^^

Thanks. Portraits were the first things I knew how to draw. A lot of people also say the expressions I give the characters are very good as well. So I figured I'd try something with that as the focus. ^^
