I have done quite a lot of top 10 lists during my time on Deviantart; whether it be characters I like or characters I have very little love for. But then it got me thinking, what about the characters I neither like or dislike? Well that's what I'm here to discuss with you today, as I go down the top 10 characters I neither like nor dislike. Heads up, these are MY personal opinions, some of these characters might be ones you like, just want to prepare you for that.

And now, onto the real list. Let's do this!

10: Chancellor Neighsay from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic - Originally, I hated this guy, mainly because of his racism towards any creature that's not a pony. However, after the Season 8 finale where he was rescued by the Young Six, he started to see how wrong he was, and I liked how he changed his views, and then after hearing something from , I started to understand why he was like that originally. It doesn't mean I like him now, but I can see why.

9: Mace Windu from Star Wars - Don't get me wrong, I like Samuel L. Jackson, he's a fine actor, and I must admit, the character he plays in Star Wars, Mace Windu, does have a fair share of cool moments and I do like that he's got a purple Lightsaber. So what makes me not like him? His stubbornness and distrust in others. This was first shown in the Phantom Menace when he convinced the rest of the council not to train Anakin because he was "too old". Fair enough, but he does quite a lot of questionable actions such as killing off one of my favourite Star Wars villains in the most gruesome way possible and making Anakin a member of the council yet not granting him the rank of master. And don't even get me started on how he believed that Ahsoka Tano was responsible for bombing the temple even though she wasn't, and when her name was cleared, he said it was actually her "great trial", which is such a bullsh#t excuse!

8: Superman from DC Superhero Girls - While I do like the original Superman, this Superman, however, is too much of a glory-hog for me to like completely. While he does have his moments, I really don't like how he keeps stealing the spotlight from his cousin, Supergirl, when she tries to be a hero; no wonder she's always so moody. With that said, he does know how to be a hero and he is competent enough at saving the day, which is why he's on this list.

7: Walter Nichols and Audrey Parker from Drake and Josh - Why are these two on this list? While they can be good parents between Drake and Josh sometimes, I get annoyed at them whenever they ground our two heroes for crap they didn't even do, and they are totally oblivious to the fact that Megan, Drake's little sister, is a demon lord, and whenever she does something evil, they always blame Drake and Josh, even though it wasn't even them! GOD!   But they're not completely terrible which is why they're on the list.

6: Samson from Thomas and Friends - Samson was a character that I originally disliked and for good reasons; he's such an arrogant prick who thinks he knows it all, and in almost every episode where he's the main character, he does stuff that makes him look like such an idiot, from taking Gordon's express coaches to the Blue Mountain Quarry and ignoring everyone's warnings, to thinking everything he sees left behind is scrap (even the Fat Controller's car), to taking way too many stone trucks in order to "save time". But then there was the episode "Samson and the Fireworks", where it was revealed to be afraid of fireworks, which is understandable considering how dangerous they can be if not handled properly, and it made me appreciate Samson a little more... but too much.

5: Zoe from Sesame Street - Over the years, I've started to see why most Sesame Street fans have problems with Zoe. My biggest problem with her is that most of the time, she carries around that stupid rock of hers, saying it's her "pet rock". Rocks aren't even alive! And I dislike how she constantly annoys Elmo with it as well, which is why Elmo is better off with Abby Cadabby; at least she doesn't do crap like that! With that said, she is still a kid, so she wouldn't know any better, but it doesn't mean she'll be on my list of favourites anytime soon.

4: Muscle Man from Regular Show - I know most of you expected to see Benson on here, and I do agree he can go too far with his scolding towards Mordecai and Rigby, but his anger is just too enjoyable and relatable to me, so I had to go with Muscle Man instead. While he does have his moments to shine, he is my least favourite of the main cast for many reasons; he can sometimes be a bit of a bully and a thug towards Mordecai and Rigby, his anger issues aren't nearly as enjoyable as Benson's, and his voice makes him sound too much like a stereotypical thug. With that said, he does get better as the show goes on, but he's still not one of my favourites.

3: Sam Puckett from iCarly - I know what you're thinking - "How could you not like Sam Puckett?! I thought you loved strong tomboys! Isn't that why Rainbow Dash is your biggest waifu, or why Miss Daredevil is your favourite Little Miss or why Daisy is your favourite of the Mario Princesses?! What a complete hypocrite!" Now look, I am aware that Sam has some of those qualities I like to see in a girl and she does have some awesome moments. What puts me off from liking her 100% is that she can sometimes take her behaviour a little too far. I really don't like the way she's always poking fun at poor Freddie which is why I don't support Seddie, and while she is a good best friend towards Carly, she does do some pretty questionable stuff in order to help her whether it makes her comfortable or not. And it's because of those things that I wasn't too disappointed when I found out she wouldn't be in the iCarly revival.

2: Cera from the Land Before Time - Just like Sam Puckett , Cera is another tomboy character that I feel takes her behaviour too far. Even as a kid who loved the franchise and would watch some of the films loads of times, Cera was always my least favourite of the main cast; I always thought she was too bossy, and I really hated how she called Littlefoot's mother a "stupid longneck" even though she gave her life away to save both her and Littlefoot! Man, that made me mad!    However, I don't completely dislike her since some of her behaviour, she got from her dad, who's just as stubborn as her. In my honest opinion, there are better tomboy kids I get more enjoyment out of, like Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls, or Scootaloo from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, or Vanellope from the first Wreck-It Ralph film, or hell, even Atomic Betty herself. But Cera is not one of those I'm too fond of I'm afraid, sorry.

1: Little Miss Scary from the Mr. Men Show - Surprisingly, Miss Scary has quite a number of fans, and while I admit, she can be quite a cool antagonist since she loves all things scary and has quite an evil laugh. But I do wish she wouldn't try to force others to do something scary with her. She's often heard saying "if it isn't scary, it isn't fun". Uh, when has doing something scary ever been fun?! And that's coming from someone who's not a fan of horror! Also, I've said it again and again, I absolutely despise how she always scaring poor Mr. Nervous and yet there are fans who think they would make a great couple couple! No they f#cking wouldn't!
