1. Work like you don't need money: Meaning don't do a shitty job and do more work than what you're paid for! That'll prove you're actually worth more as a person (and you might get a raise for all your extra help).
2. Love like you've never been hurt: It's difficult, but don't let past experiences ruin the present. Live in the moment!
3. Dance like no one's watching: Be yourself! Haters gonna hate, and everyone is unique and beautiful. Don't forget that!

It means doing work you like doing. Doing things just for the money doesn't help much with happiness, and definitely not if you are doing it all the time.
