I got c4d and all.. but how the hell do I open these? it doesnt know the file format, I mean.. whats that all about :/ For materials i have to use other images

You just simply go to Window >> Material Manager and there should be a material editor box somewhere then (probably at bottom)
In there you have to File >> Load materials and then open the file.

Nice materials - but I found I had to lower specularity on cement to make it look right.

It wasn't meant to be cement at first place i might have forgot the. Or i just polished it very well to make it shine like that
