Did you feel bad fighting wyvern riders? Β As I said in my journal, I was shaking my fist and going "Game!" for its making me fight the griffon riders. Β Gryphons are my favorite fantasy critter. Β I mean, you get to have dragons on your side! but no, they wouldn't give me gryphons like that.Β

I actually made my avatar a wyvern lord, but never thought about it that way. You can have a ally gryphon rider. If you promote a wyvern rider(use master seal at or above level 10)you can have them change their steed.
But I think they shouldve just left the gryphons out. Nowhere else in FE do they appear. It seems off to me. Gryphons are cool, but they belong in other things that had them from the beginning imo. Also, if you've had a certain animal as your steed for a long time it doesn't make sense to all of a sudden switch.
