It is simple. First you need is a waterfall. You go near it where the water creates the most "foam" and try getting a macro.
Took me some time before I liked one of the pictures I took.
The second thing you need is patience until you find out how to focus right.
And the last thing you need is a mad mind to actually think about doing something like this.
