Im thinking the arm will come into contact with Sweet Pea at some point and stir the Lich back to power...
Who knows, maybe a Lich will take root in every dimension and... we get more dimension jumping...maybe even time...

That's what I'm thinking too. We know the Lich still stirs deep within Sweet Pea, but coming into contact with that arm is what will probably return him back to his former self.
That's another possibility, and quite honestly sounds like something the Lich could do.Β
