I drew this last night after I drew a more detailed drawing, so I got lazy xD That's why the expressions aren't all that great and Blossomfall has really short legs OnO And Breezepelt's tail is weird xD I was going to write a few lines showing what they were saying, but I couldn't think of anything good. xD But basically Breezepelt's thinking of how weak and soft ThunderClan is and the way they coddle their kits (Coming from his hatred and resentment of his half siblings) and Blossomfall's like "Huh, yeah right." Because of how she feels about Millie.

This shipping came to mind when someone mentioned how Blossom and Breeze sort of have the same problem. (Well, I don't know if I ship it, but I do think they could be good friends) I don't like to compare two bad situations, but I do think Breeze's was worse because I think more cats disliked him than Blossomfall, and plus there is a lot more drama going on in his life. But they both have a parent they want attention from and are lured to the Dark Forest because of it. I think from Breezepelt's perspective, Blossomfall would be lucky to have Millie yell at her and snap at her rather than ignore her, which is basically what Crowfeather does. And Millie actually has a reason to act the way she does. I know, I know, it's terrible and awful, but that's just how she is as a mother. I don't really know how to explain it, but I think that's generally how a mother acts when one of their children are really sick or hurt and could possibly die. Have you ever watched My Sister's Keeper? The mom basically disregards everything the younger daughter says and she acts like it's a crime against God not to continue being a donor for her sister, and yeah, that's terrible, but you have to see into the mentality of the mother. I imagine it's really awful for them, I know I'd be terrified to lose a child. ;n; And with them being so very, very stressed about possibly losing their child they get irritable and snappy and want to focus all their attention on the sick child. You remember the scene where Blossomfall and Ivypool get lost in the tunnels and they finally get out, then they get to camp and Whitewing is all "my poor baby you okay so glad you okay yay" and Millie just storms out and snaps at her, like "YOU COULD DO BETTER, GROW UP!"
Well, since she feels the need to focus all her energy on Briarlight (and all the stress she feels) she just gets angry. She doesn't want to have to deal with her other kits getting into so much trouble because she feels like she really really needs to be there for Briarlight.
I know that probably doesn't sound good still, but you have to think about how she feels. I don't think it's good to act that way toward your children, but Blossomfall isn't the only one suffering.
All that doesn't mean I really like Millie, but I understand why she is the way she is.

Well, I wrote a lot more than I intended and it was mostly about a cat that isn't even in this picture. XD But on Blossomfall's side, I also see why she acts out. Because of obvious reasons! So their family is a bit sad, to be honest >~<

As for Breezepelt, no one in the clan seems to really like him and I imagine that's because of his attitude and the way he probably acts out, but we all know why he does that. Crowfeather doesn't even pretend to care!
