Med workers obviously take care of the Agents when they aim to preserve Med-Injectors and other quick fix materials typically saved for combat situations. Medical officers, Doctors and Nurses alike all care for the Agents on site, check their physicals and make sure there are no irregularities when it comes to their augmentations or cybernetics. Their Arm Band is Red

Engineering workers make sure that all the equipment runs fine and smooth, as well as aid the Medics in checking cybernetic implants and neural interfaces. Considering how often the Agencies use electronics and rely more on Science and Technology, it's clear as to why the Engineers play such important roles and are treated with the same respect as Medics. Their Arm Band is Green

Researchers are definitely different from the usuals, while they don't have the same immediate urgency as the Medics or Engineers, they actually have higher clearances and have some authority over present agents, their jobs are to research advanced equipment, study strange anomalies and even perform experiments on either more oddities or Test Subjects.
