Plenty of the Agencies have studied the anomaly known as “magic” and to this day, they are baffled by what they learned. It seems that certain things that require a spell, potion, or more, require a seemingly arbitrary list of things to be done or ingredients to be added in order to accomplish whatever it is the person requires. Further studies show that certain Mages, Wizards and more, devote their whole lives to understanding what goes where in the magical world, even managing to make sense of this strange order somehow. The best way it can be described is like a language, one that has no scientific backing or mathematical clarification. Finally drawing a relative line between magic and science as the Agencies continue to study this phenomena along with plenty of the others they came across.
