After being cybernetically augmented on the Mafia's payroll at the age of 104, The Makoa known as Mawt managed to earn a title of "Mad Mawt" after disposing of several Agents and Bandits of all types. His reputation precedes him as he is given the nick name "The Kingpin of Carnage" by his surviving victims and allies.Rumor has it the markings on his Plasma cannon are not of Agents, but Spectres he killed instead.
