Secluded beside the Witty Arson Bridge at the eastern bank of the Bayou Bear, the almost twenty year old nightclub, known as "Wild Times", is notorious for being the most unmentionable hotspot in the city. Whether it'd be male or female, Finnick boasts of catering nearly all of the five hundred mammalian species which populate the seven districts, a bluster of which is endorsed by his many patron's stellar appraisals. Although acknowledgement of the establishment's existence has been insulated on behalf of the government's image, Wild Times maintains its business through sheer word of mouth, a means of which have more than permitted its continuous prospering.

The building itself has known humble beginnings, founded alongside undisclosed associates, who were evidently powerful enough to uphold a taboo profession that naturally retains a fragile trade.
