this is at the end of the trail to the small behive (summit), looking down on lake louise. this hike was a total of about 4 km, and an altitude change of +500 meters. it was kind of a bitch to climb, but once my legs went numb it got pretty good
took me 2 hours to get up, and only half an hour down
taken as HDR, with sigma 10-20 mm lens with polarizing filter on!

how could anyone not like them? Maybe you should slightly edit the ones that need a lil touch up like if their too dark brighten them. I do that sometimes just because i need a better quality since my camera is not a dslr. It helps a lil.

oh trust me, i think 70% of the ones posted up are touched up
either cropped or brightened or colour saturated (trees usually) or all three!

You've really started doing exceptionally well on every shot that you take, and you actually know how to use HDR to enhance an image unlike so many here. I might make one suggestion for this one though since the cyan lake seems too saturated and pulls my eye to only it because it seems overly bright. Maybe desaturate it just a tad?
And, for the record, everything that you have put up in the past two or so months or so belongs on my favorites, but I need to seperate them out to add them to folders and figure that out (just got back from the army again, sorry hehe) but I just want to you know that I really love all your shots, recently especially.

yeah i was thinking the exact same thing about the saturated lake colour! but i didn't want to take it out because it was naturally that colour, like it was insane.. so i wanted to share with everyone the intensity of glacier fed water

i'd have to say that 90% of my good recent photos are due to the wide angle lens, and the mountain landscape. i could have never pulled off anything close to what i managed to, without those two things hah..

i played around with the features one day, and i think i wanted to get a 6 by 4 of some painting or something? and if you take away the frame and canvas i think i got it to be under 5 bucks? but holy shit at wal mart a print is 30 cents
