The Template Omega-King used was made by the equally awesome Taiko554 (check him out too, he's fantastic at what he does).

This is a redesign of my first ever Kamen Rider OC, Kamen Rider Tranz. I wanted to have the design worked on for a number of reasons. A: I got a lot of help on the old design from a friend of mine who I had a falling out with recently. B: The old design got kind of, well, old after a while. And C: I couldn't stand the belt on the old one. So I had my pal Gary (OmegaKing) work on the design, and this was the result. And I love it to DEATH.

Tranz (who's name is a play on the word 'trans' as in'transform' or 'transcend') is a pretty basic Rider with not a lot of gimmicks. His biggest gimmick is the disc in his belt, witch he spins to access his different forms (each colored segment on the disc represents a different form. He is able to manipulate witch one it lands on after he spins it). The two nodes on the sides of his belt are actually buttons: the one to his right summons his weapon (witch is unique to each form), while the one to his left activates a "Charge Up" feature (used to access finishing attacks). His weapons are all pretty basic, with no real gimmicks of their own. In a way, he's very reminiscent of the old-school Heisei Era Riders like Kuuga and Agito (the later of the two is one of my favorite Riders, for the record). Each form, as you probably guessed: has it's own special uses, abilities, and powers. I'll go over them as best I can.

Tranz-Modification! Go!!
Ataru's default, Blue and Yellow form. In this state, his physical abilities are fairly equal (and greater then that of a normal human). Being his default form, it is the most balanced. A jack of all trades, but a master of none. This form has no elemental power, other then raw energy. The weapon is the standard Tranz-Sword.

Blaze-Modification! Go!! Burnin' Up!
Ataru's Red and Orange fire based form. This form specializes in defense, offence, and close range. It is a hard hitter that can take a lot of hits to boot. The draw backs to this form are the reductions to mobility, as the extra bulk slows him down. But this form has a few tricks, such as the ability to manipulate fire (witch does give the form some extra range). The weapon of this form is the Blaze-Ax.

Aqua-Modification! Go!! Flash Flood!
Up next is the Turquoise and Cyan, water based form. This form is adept in long distance fighting (as obvious by the gun that shares the same color scheme). This form is quick and agile enough to stay at long distances, but the defensive capabilities are lower then the Tranz-Form. Being able to control water, this form is also capable of temporarily becoming a flying mass of water in order to attack or retreat. It can also manipulate water in the same way that the Blaze-Form can with fire (Aqua-Form can also freeze or evaporate water). The weapon in this form is the Aqua-Shooter.

Gale-Modification! Go!! Swift Slash!
This is the Green and Light Maroon colored form. This form's special ability is extreme speed: capable of moving at speeds nearly unsaleable to the naked eye (all other stats are the same as the Tranz-form). This form is also equipped with wings, that when unfolded, allow Ataru to fly while in this state (during witch he can move even faster then he can on the ground). This form's elemental powers are over that of wind, but is also capable of generating electricity. The weapons used by this form are the Gale-Slashers, witch can connect at the hilts to form a dual-balded weapon.

Shade-Modification! Go!! Hidden Strike!
The last of Ataru's standard forms is the purple and lavender Shade-Form. This form actually has no stat-differences between it and the Tranz-Form, but it does have an elemental ability: shadows. This form is capable of using shadow energy to teleport short distances, become invisible, locate hidden enemies, and generate Shadow Throwing Knives (Kunai) to throw at his foes (this form is primarily used for stealth). The weapon this time is the Shade-Blade, a large Kunai that can extend into a bladed whip.

Tranz-Fusion! Go!! Evolution Revolution!
Ataru's Super form. As the name implies, it is a fusion between all five of his elemental form, using the Tranz-Form as a base. It can use all of the elemental properties of the other forms, but it has no unique weapon of it's own (it uses the Tranz-Form's sword), and can only use one element at a time. For example; he can't do a water and a wind attack at the same time; he has to do one followed by the other (the same goes for the other elements, obviously).

Supreme-Modification! Go!! Transcend Beyond!
And Finally, we have Ataru's seventh and final form; Supreme Modification. Like Tranz-Fusion, this form has access to all of the five of his elemental abilities (as well as adding a sixth, light). However, where as Fusion could use them all naturally; Supreme Modification needs to use the device located on his left arm, the supreme spinner, in combination with his default black disc. By pressing one of the colored buttons on the device and spinning the disc, he activates a Supreme Finish, in which the device announces something like "Gale! Supreme FINISH!!" (that's just an example). However, by pressing two of the buttons, he can mix the abilities (the device announcement changes accordingly: "Blaze, Shade! Supreme FINISH!!"). He can do this with up to three of the elements at a time (the announcement declaring all three form names), but he can also press all five to use "Fusion! Supreme FINISH!!". The Supreme Spinner can also be attached to his sword, which can be used for different finishing attacks (though the sword can still be used in the Supreme Finish attacks even when the Spinner is attached to his arm. It's just a cool feature I decided to add, and asked Omega to make).
