well.....i did this a while back (one year) and i just found the pictures on my computer, so i decided..."why not upload them!?".. so... i did!
Materials-
1 pair of VERY cheap white shoes White fabric paint waterproof markers(black)

well, i did. But only to create a better surface for drawing on, and plus, it looks better and the ink doesn't bleed
