Okay, so, I came across a sketch by o-haru , and I totally got the inspiration bug! Ended up drawing a pic of Brady based on her sketch, Arien . Don't hate me because it looks so similar! I have to improve on my art somehow, and sketching things like this helps! In fact, I went on to draw Makenna and Scotty!Related content

This does look like an improvement though. Just need to shorten the neck a bit, add a space between collar bones, and practice facial bone structure more. The eyes and hair look great. I didn't know you were drawing more.

oh, i'm well aware of the flaws, I spent a while on the cheek, and I was just like, screw it, gonna post it. don't care. improve later. lol

What changed my art dramatically was starting with pencil rough sketches and then inking the final form in pen. After that, you erase the pencil and it looks great. Then I began to practice more at different angles, different facial expressions, different clothes, etc.

i draw better in pen than pencil honestly, but my pencil was a mechanical pencil and doesn't have a good eraser. was just sketching, nothing professional.
