The sinister appearance is effective, and gives this piece much power. Something other than a while background could be better (my teachers always advised working from grey scale as a base). Also, consider working on the volume of the ram. It feels rather flat, especially since there is no definite light source highlight a specific plane of the face.

This is a good start. Keep up the good work.
