I felt like drawing shiny-eyed Near again...and just for kicks I gave him the pale blue eyes about half of the fandom gives him instead of the usual black ones that I portray him with. *shrug* Variety is the spice of life, LOL.He must want something from L.
The title is Japanese for "Hey, L..." and I wrote it in Japanese because I couldn't stretch out "L" in English. 
Drawn in black gel pen, colored in Photoshop CS2. Oh, one part of the line art was added on in Photoshop with my tablet--can you guess which part?
L and Near are from the anime/manga Death Note, and belong to Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.

Hehe; I've tried drawing Near with shiny eyes only a few times (this is one of them, yes), but I like to draw him without the shines since that's true to his original character design. I carefully don't give him any eyebrows for the same reason.

The minute L heard Near say his name long like that, he was like, "Uh-oh...", knowing that he would be powerless against the shiny blue eyes.

Yeah, I like to show his human side, but I have to do it in small bursts--too much humanizing and he's out of character.

XD; LOL; I'm afraid my drawing style makes her look too mature, though! Since she's Asian, she would probably look like she does in this pic when she's about 13, so in future pics of her she may well look younger.

LOL; I admit I WAS curious, but I always assume the time zones might be different from my own so if people are on at what I consider weird hours I just assume it's a normal time over wherever they are.

When you sent me the Feather sheet, I was about to leave for work so I only got to read a little bit of it before I left.
HOLY CRAP! I love this character, she actually propels plot with her 'unique' abilities. I even have her roomate chosen now, thanks to this information. It should be a lot of fun, but I do hope that you'll send me Notes in order to keep her in-character, throughout the story.
The reason I brought up the hour, is because I recently started highjacking my neighbors wireless internet, so now I have it at home too!
