Nothing wrong with some mild HDR to help balance harsh lighting! I like this version best without the frames.

yeah i know - its just messing with the shadows and highlights in photoshop - completely none hdr... im really not liking it at the moment. haha.

I am not a big fan of some that are overdone. I like shooting towards the sun so it is often necessary otherwise I end up with huge silhouetes or white skies.

i like your technique - its what is good about HDR - it still looks real and they are great compositions.... i think some people that do HDR are just trying to make a bad photos look good... if you know what i mean?

Thanks. It is a fine line between it enhancing a photo and overdoing it. I still tend to cross it sometimes.
