If the Falcon Cocarille is like a peacock, then the Regal Cocadrille is like a goddamn phoenix. Everything about this bird is cranked up to 11. It has absurd colors, elaborate wings (which can't fly), and a ridiculous layered headrest. Honestly, it's surprising that this bird has a measly two fancy peacock tail-feathers instead of thirty. And it's not just more flashy and ostentatious than the Falcon Cocadrille, it's also a better hunter! They compete for the same prey, but small animals make up a larger part of this birds diet than its relative. Because of that, the Falcon Cocadrilles that live on Diomedes island alongside the Regal Cocadrille are more herbivorous than the population on Zakhshiiv island. However, it kinda evens out, as the more elaborate feathers and brighter colors make them easy prey for a certain mammal we will see next.
