I think he did and it's pretty clear to me. I mean, how else do you think Theon got all those scars in season 4 where Ramsay orders him to remove his rags? You can be sure that he's slipped lots of times and become defiant again and again before finally turning into Reek for real. In a TV show we have to fill in the blanks ourselves and this one - at least to me - is quite nicely "explained" by showing his tortured body (which was not in that condition when he first time uttered "I am Reek."

This is how this should look in teh show! The "Reek" thing was such out of the blue "oh hey, you will be Reek, I liek it". I was disappointed by that to be honest...

Yep, I was a bit disappointed as well. It really came out of nowhere "Okay, let's call you Reek from now on because, why not" - a bit underwhelming. Other that, I'm happy with got Theon and Ramsay scenes at all this season. ย

I agree so much. I was really disappointed than they made him a complete victim from the beginning. Ramsay didn't like his smile... which means he must have smirk a bit before loosing his teeth ;;

Yeah, Theon must have backtalked and smiled quite a lot in the books to lose so many teeth.
But then I suppose they wanted to make him a bit more sympathetic in the show. Which is fine too, with me, people hate him enough already as it is.ย

I'm not so sure it makes him sympathetic. I feel like it's too pathetic, some people sees him as a coward and do not want to stand with someone suffering that much. It's so horrible almost ridiculous... TT

Great job. Their poses - I don't know quite why - seriously fascinate me. When I noticed that whip Ramsay was holding, I really did have restrain a shudder.ย
And, as much as I love the show, Theon's transition to Reek did seem a bit abrupt. ย

Yeah, it did seem a bit quick in the show. Especially the "Reek" thing comes a bit out of nowhere, but obviously they didn't have that much time to tell the whole story, so I forgive them.ย

It did a good job, I was really worried about poor Theon.
As much as I enjoy the show, the scenes with Ramsay and Theon were a bit of a let down. They did seem a bit rushed, besides, I watched random episodes of Misfits and sorta fell in love with Ramsay's actor. I'm so torn now.ย

Mhh, I did kind of like the scenes overall. I mean I was glad we got them at all. In the books it happened "off page" after all.
I always did like Ramsay in the books (he was evil but also so...silly in a way. A fun character) and he seems quite funny in the show as well, albeit in a more direct way.
You should watch all of Misfits, or at least the first two seasons, it's great

Poor Theon, I never liked him, but I wouldn't wish his fate on anybody.
True, we were lucky to get it at all. I really wish some of the scenes had been in the books. And while I never 'liked' Ramsay, he will always hold a special place in my heart as being the only villain to ever make me feel sorry for a character I hate. In the show he made me laugh, and coo over him.

That must have been awful for you! I don't know why, but I feel like Ramsay would be in love with a second Ramsay. It'd be a creepy relationship.
Funny and deranged prankster. I do love him though. And I hope he has more screen time next season, it'd be awesome. Oh, he's very cute.
