God life force is blue and referred to as mana. It is stable, abstract but slow.

The Gods evolved from the second major race, not mentioned in the book, but called the slithine. The Gods altered themselves to look human around 100,000 years ago when they returned to Earth to find it populated by humans.

Gods are physically ageless and immortal unless killed, usually by violence. Disease and accident are usually survivable. However, due to their nature, they experience a wear and tear on the mind over the course of centuries that eventually results in a degradation of thought and even outright insanity. In the case of Gods, this usually results in an individual either paralyzed by indecision as they take progressively longer to make a decision, or else one an individual who becomes tyrannically certain of their own superiority in various matters. Plans, tactics and strategies often show these flaws, usually making it easy to keep these individuals in check, but sometimes these older Gods start losing their grip in subtle ways easy for them to control and hide. In any case, to handle this wear and tear, the Gods have taken to reliving childhood every 400 years or so, with some pushing as far as 1000 years between this "reincarnation".

Note, despite calling it "reincarnation", this is not related to true Reincarnation, which occurs when the soul of someone dead is reborn onto Earth in a new life.

Euphrosyne Charite, "Euphie", Goddess of Mirth, recently reincarnated and thus currently a twelve year old girl for all intents and purposes. The majority of her memories would be sealed in Nirvana so that she can grow up without the extra burden. As with all reincarnates, she knows she's a Goddess and to not speak of it. Aldric Mares, he's one of the various civilians around Nirvana, a God whose name has likely never entered into any of the myths. The surname indicates that he's one of Ares' house, however. Gods of this level are rarely any more dangerous than the average human. They have some psychic abilities and training that normal humans don't, but not the training or mindset to use it as a weapon. They rarely use their abilities for anything beyond day to day practical use.

Urd Jotundottir, daughter of Vishnu and Lilith. Urd is half-Demon and is occasionally considered to be the first of House Aesir though her grandson, Odin, maintains practical control of the House. Urd is a rather serious warrior. She's been Einherjar through most of her life, only excepting the times when she returns to childhood. Despite being less than 50,000 years old, she is accounted as dangerous as many Gods whose age is counted in the millions. Urd is extremely loyal to the concept of family, though she is angry at Lilith for sending her and her sisters away when the first attempt at peace between Gods and Demons ended with Lilith and Vishnu turning away from each other. The fact that Lilith considered they'd have an easier life in Nirvana does not affect Urd's anger in this regard. Urd has shown up in the stories once so far: fav.me/d5bh2wj

Zeus Tinnia. The Lord of House Tinnia. The slayer of Titans. Once upon a time he was afforded a lot of respect and held great power as a nigh unbeatable warrior. However, as time has moved on away from the period of frequent and open conflict with the Demons and other such battles, he's slowly lost his prestige. The fact that Athena, Hermes, Ares, Heracles and several others have left his House to form their own, or to join the Eyes, has not been lost on anybody. His House has been compared to the crime families among the humans. He is among the most hated of the Immortals on both sides of the conflict and reviled as little more than a serial rapist. The Demons would seal him away in the Abyss if they could catch him leaving Nirvana, and Nirvana wouldn't step in to stop it. However, he mostly remains in Nirvana the last 2,000 years, and hasn't yet slipped up so that the Eyes could legally place him in Tartarus. Despite his situation, Zeus seems nothing but amused by the efforts to constrain him. Even blocked from accessing much of Ashvattha's power so that most of the Eyes seem on paper to be more powerful than him, he still laughs at the law keepers of both Gods and Demons.
