How did you do the white higlights, on the beard and eyebrows? I'm doing a lot of portraits lately, but i'm struggling with this.
Is it white pencil, white pen, or just little hits of rubber?

Incredible technique!!! Really impressive! I looked at your gallery and I found that some of your other portraits have something slightly off in the eyes (really slightly though, mind you, this is the hardest part! they are still fantastic!), but this one is spot on! Amazing work!!!

1. you really captured an emotion, a "look in his eye" something i find incredibly difficult (or maybe so far impossible) to do!
2. combination of style and realism.
