I saw KiOWA213 's vector of Lightning Dust a few days ago, and was immediately inspired to try and make my own in similar style.
This is just the first (second, actually, but first on dA) of many, as I'm gonna use these as icons in a game I'm making (ponymon).
That's why I need to make a lot of them. Like, a lot. Probably not gonna post them all here, though.
