The power of his chilling gel can vary from "soothing relief from a sunburn" to "whoops I accidentally turned the classroom into a freezer", and as such can use it offensively (splashing people with ooze so cold it feels like they're on fire), defensively (creating gels that suck the heat out of the room and causing ice buildup), and supporting (using his quirk to sooth burns, sprains, and anything else that's painful). He has VERY cold hands as a result, and is the type of person to cup both cheeks of an unsuspecting victim and go "feel my hands! They're so cold!"

Crack Child #2: // His quirk, Napalm, is the reason he'll never let himself become a hero. It allows him to create volatile goop from anywhere on his body, but mainly from his hands. He has PTSD from when he accidentally splashed one of his classmates in Kindergarten with it and since can't get the sound of his screams out of his head. He's terrified that he'll end up accidentally hurting someone with it some day and as such he's adverse to anything that has to deal with touching. He can't even shake someone's hand as he doesn't want to risk the posibility of his napalm getting on anyone else. He can't get hurt by his own quirk, so tends to keep his hands tucked as close to his body as he can.

Star Slot 17; Mashirao Ojiro x Kiroshiki Kamereon

Crack Child #1: "The Royal Vigilante; Jackson"// His quirk, Chameleon, gives him most of the abilities of a chameleon. He can't look around him in all directions, but he does have a very strong, prehensile tail that he can use however he wants. His scaly skin offers him a little bit of protection and the ridges on his head can be used to cool him off or heat him up. He also has a very long and sticky tongue, though he doesn't like to announce it to the world. He can change some colors, but not turn invisible. Mostly it's to express how he's feeling, and when he's angry or feeling aggressive his skin turns red and orange, and when he's sad or gloomy he turns blue or purple. He's well-versed in martial arts, especially Karate.
