Kura, Nala's Father has been passed out in the middle of a strange land for a few hours from thirst and lack of food in his belly far from his homeland where his family was ambushed and slaughtered by three strange lions who invaded their pride. Kura being the only survivor left of his family is very close to death from his weakened state. Luckily for him, he's alive because of a lion couple who one of them stayed with him while the other goes to inform King Ahadi and Queen Uru that a lion cub was found on the edge of their territory. These two lions are in fact the parents to Kura's mate, Sarafina. If Sarafina's mother hadn't taken off for help and if Sarafina's father hadn't stayed with Kura when they did. Kura would have been dead without their aid to help him. Kura owes his In-Laws his life and will always be grateful to Sarafina's parents for their help.
