Okay so I know both the story about Jane Arkensaw and Jane Richardson. But the Jane that I like is Jane Arkensaw, aka Jane Everlasting (I'm still calling her Jane the Killer sometimes though, it's my bad habit, sorry about that ^.^") she's one of my most favorite Creepypasta and one of the reason that I like Creepypasta. So this is a picture of her in the series of picture that I'm making about Creepypasta when they cry.~~o0o~~

Many ppl say that. But I dont agree, because in a fandom can have many characters that have the same name, so I think neither of them are rip-off. Moreover, Arkensaw's and Richardson's stories and appearances are completely different, even their ways of vengeance are different from each other. Besides, I still prefer Arkensaw's version, for her version has a stronger connection to Jeff and hatred towards him.

Thank you for being respectful about my opinion and not going off and calling me "stupid" or whatever like most people do. And I respect your opinion, I just personally more like Richardson's version because I like that she was created of science. I just think it's more interesting of a story and more original. But again, it's my personal opinion.

I like her being called Jane Everlasting way better than Jane The Killer. Only because she is a fantastic character and Jane the killer makes her sound like a rip off, plus shes not even really a killer, just a rival to Jeff. Β

Me too! ^^ She's an awesome character. But there are two Jane in the fandom though, one is Jane Everlasting (Jane Arkensaw) and one is Jane the Killer (Jane Richardson). Jane Arkensaw only kills Jeff and protects ppl that suppose to be his victims, while Jane Richardson is pretty much kills whoever stands in her way towards her revenge

WOW! This is amazing! This pretty much goes along with my project involving Jane Arkensaw. She one of my favourites as well, because she's more like an anti-hero than an actual killer.
Is it possible for me to share some of my ideas with you, since you like her two? ^w^
I also did a concept picture of both her, her younger teenage self and when she was burnt and hospitalised ^u^

Lol I want to ramble more about her but ... yeah xD )

Sure! Of course! And do feel free to ramble on. I really like Jane's character as well, i'd go as far to say she's my second favourite creepypasta character (second only to Mister Welldone ^^).
I really love the direction of taking what's essentially a gender bend of Jeff, and giving her her own personality, background, and like you said, a solid and pretty traumatic reason to go and kill Jeff.
I'll show you my ideas much later then, as well as my pictures (to warn you though, they aren't that great X3) and I can tell you some story ideas I had for her too ^u^
I might be kinda busy tomorrow though, so if it's possible, could I show them to you this evening instead? It's about half 2 in the afternoon here at the moment. ^u^

I do have to agree, while I can respect the original Jane, I also kinda prefer a different version like this one. I mean no one said there had to be just one, fandoms should be all about creativity and be about doing your own interpretation of a character, I mean honestly have no issues with that. I'd say I prefer Jane Arkensaw slightly more because I feel like she has a stronger connection with Jeff, like she knew him, she tried to be his friend, and I'd imagine she'd feel pretty dang betrayed after he killed her parents and all that shit. Like the reason for her going after him seems to be more legit in this case, at least that's how I see it.Β

Same here, I've only read that one once but I heard a similar version on MrCreepypasta's channel which was inspired by that one from what I found out, and it was very well done. It still has all the important factors and surprisingly, there was a large amount of people in the comments who hated it, while I was just over here enjoying it. I think because of that version I've come to like Jane as a character more. It is a bit reminiscent of Jeff's story in a way, I suppose.Β
And I actually don't remember who wrote it actually, but I wouldn't blame them for being quiet about it considering the amount of hate it's gotten from other Jane fans. Wouldn't be surprising if they'd left the fandom by now, people are just honestly so vicious sometimes.
