Sorry I'm a bit confused, so can the wings be used for horse manips? Also are your wings allowed outside of DA, if you are credited on the image? Thanks

You may use these wings on a horse if the image you are creating contains a minimum of four stocks. 

I allow my wings to be used outside of dA with credits on the image, however, I do not allow them, or any of my stock to be used on RPG websites.
