Don't do that to yourself... Eat chocolate, that always helps me when I'm sad. Or go out for a walk when the sun is setting, that always makes me smile to see a nice sunset. I dunno... just do what you like doing, find something to distract you. ^^ Or meet some friends, that can also help. ^^
