For my final project on my foundation course, I chose (yes we were allowed to write our own briefs
) to tell the story of how Medusa was turned into the petrifying snake creature beastly ugly thing/gorgon! I'm doing illustration for animation at University in September so sequential illustration, such as a comic, seemed like a fitting final project. Please remember I wrote( more like adapted from internet research on Greek mythology) this and I SUCK at narrative, speech and just creative writing in general. So please don't be angry at the poor text.A3. Ink, watercolours, gouache and acrylic.

Ahhh!!! I scream for it's greatness! If this were a comic book on a shelf, I would definitly buy it! Especially since I love greek mythology with much passion and not because of the horny insest driven gods, but because it has amazing stories. You should, seriously, think of publicing this!!!

I knew Poseidon was a man whore/rapist/tricktser like Zeus (to a lower degree) but I didn't know Poseidon went for men too... I know Apollo once did the same - the guy ended up as a flower and Zeus's man became cup bearor in Olympus... Would you happen to know if any other gods have homosexual tendencies?

Appolo seemed t have a thing about turning his loved ones into plants XD There was that boy, then daphne then another boy which I think was turned into a tree. I had fun reseaching this project X3 I don't know of any other gods that like men but theres always Acheilles and Patroclus XD

Interesting story too, I didn't know Medusa was a victim, I thought she was just a monstrous bitch. And I never realised Poseidon was such a juice hungry fellow.

Ha ha! Yes Poseidon did have a lot of love affairs (if you count raping and manipulating). I just HAD to put it in the comic, twas too amusing. Its also why he walks around naked.
