R.E.M. gave a concert in munich this weekend and since i'm a big fan of them i haven't missed it. the event can only be described with the word "fantastic". they rocked the town pretty nice. the next day i took the chance to visit the olympia park which was right beside my hotel. just a few steps and you have a paradise of possible things to capture with a camerai've captured about 400mb of pics and a lot worked out pretty good so you can expect to see some more in the near future.

this is a very well layed out photo. i reeeeeally like it. those bushes add a bit of needed contrast, but mess up the flow a little, but its still an awesome photo. im very picky, but i this one is def a

I like the composition of this photo because of the juxtaposition of the imagery captured. You have the sweeping curves of the natural formation in the hills contrasted with the sweeping curves of the manmade "hill" which is the theatre.

Quite the nice pic...R.E.M. I believe was here in Seattle for Bumbershoot...I did not get to see them...but I got to see some good blues stuff...had to go home too soon to see Bonnie Raitt...but I had a good time...you get the big names...but it was the street musicians that really caught my fancy...20ish girls playing classical violins on the street outside...I sat for an hour...I had the good weather.,..75 and calm though the wind kicked up in the eve. Bumbershoot is a big thing here in Seattle..mostly music and art...wonderful experience

Yes Bumbershoot was fun...I was only there for one of the four days...there is so much to see...and not enough time...they have about 6 different stages all going at the same time all day...plus many great street musicians

GREAT LINES! the curve of the hill, coupled with the curve of the amptheater really give this shot an abstract feel. very creative.

quite unusual view of the Olympia Park in Munich (what a great city!!!).
I really like this perspective, it´s very charming and yeah... unusual.

Wow, talk about sweeping lines! That slope of grass if beautiful and the opposite curve of the stadium really adds to it! The white sky melding with the border at the top and sides looks really good as well. I would imagine that it must have been hard to get such a shot without having any people in the frame...? Or was this an area not many people were in? Either way I really love this photo. Thanks for sharing it!

To be honest, if the picture faded out more smoothly, without the sharpness of the straight line, this would look perfect..
